Senior Prep Program
Ages 12- 18
Two (2) to Three (3) workouts per week. Programs designed to prepare swimmers to progress into more advanced Senior groups. May also be used to prepare for High School and Summer League Seasons. Stroke Development will be emphasized while improving endurance and efficiency.
