Audrey Moore National and National Prep Schedule

National Prep - 5-7 workouts

Advanced Training & Aggressive goal setting.  The bar is set high and participants are expected to make ALL scheduled workouts.  Swimmers are required to compete in the meet competition schedule set by coaches.  Swimmers must have the desire and commitment to train. There is a minimum of FIVE (5) workouts per week. This is an 11 month (45 week) program.  All workouts include water time and dry land workouts, as appropriate per level. Must have coach approval prior to registration.

ANP6A - NATIONAL PREP  

Monday - Friday 4:30 - 6:30 am

Monday/Wednesday/Friday 4:30 - 6:30 am

Tuesday/Thursday 3:30 - 6:30 pm
