High Performance Programs

Our 2018-2019 Short Course (9 Month) Season is September 11, 2018  - May 18, 2019.
Our 2018- 2019 Short and Long Course (11 Month) Season is September 2018- Early August 2019.

There are two program options - 9 and 11 months.

The 9 month programs are 36 weeks and are for swimmers participating in the 4 workouts per week High Performance Silver program. There is a one week break for the winter and spring holidays.  Swimmers in the 9 month program have the option of continuing in our Long Course program through the end of July for an additional fee.

The 11 month program consists of the Short and Long Course program for swimmers participating in
5 workouts per week in the High Performance Orange program. 

Practice information for Summer 2019 will be released in mid- April 2019.


HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAMS- 11-14 Years Old

11 Month Program
September 2018- May 2019

High Performance groups are the top level training groups within the Age Group Programs.  Swimmers will continue to build upon their swimming base and explore new training thresholds and qualifying for time standard meets.  Swimmers in these groups will have advanced training and aggressive goal setting. Swimmer are expected to make all workouts registered for and should possess the desire and commitment to train and compete.  

Swimmers are required to participate in monthly meets set by their coach.  All workouts average 1.25 - 2.0 hrs. water time & 15-30 min. dryland.

Swimmers in High Performance Silver will have the option of continuing in our Long Course program through the end of July for an additional fee.  This programming options and pricing will be released in April 2019.

HIGH PERFORMANCE SILVER- 9 Month Program
4X A WEEK- 6-8 Hours per week

HIGH PERFORMANCE ORANGE- 11 Month Program
5X A WEEK- 7.5- 10 Hours a week
