Senior Programs - 13 and Over

Our 2017-2018 Season is September 11, 2017  - May 19, 2018. Swimmers have the option of continuing in our Long Course program through the end of July.  Swimmers in the 11 month program (Senior Orange, High Performance Orange, National Prep and National Team will begin workouts August 28, 2017.

Senior Silver 2 - 3 workouts per week

Two (2) to Three (3) workouts per week. Programs designed to prepare swimmers to progress into more advanced Senior groups. May also be used to prepare for High School and Summer League Seasons. Stroke Development will be emphasized while improving endurance and efficiency.  Strongly encouraged to participate in approximately one (1) meet per month.  All workouts include water time and dry land workouts, as appropriate per level.


Senior Orange -       4-5 workouts per week

Advanced Training & Aggressive goal setting.  The bar is set high and participants are expected to make ALL scheduled workouts.  Swimmers are required to compete in meet competition schedule set by coaches.  Swimmers must have the desire & commitment to train. The following practice days & times may be combined to customize your schedule. Minimum FOUR (4) workouts per week. 4 workouts per week is a 9 month (36 week) program.  5 workouts per week is an 11 month (45 week) program. All workouts include water time and dry land workouts, as appropriate per level.


National Prep 6-7 workouts per week

Advanced Training & Aggressive goal setting.  The bar is set high and participants are expected to make ALL scheduled workouts.  Swimmers are required to compete in meet competition schedule set by coaches.  Swimmers must have the desire & commitment to train. The following practice days & times may be combined to customize your schedule. Minimum SIX (6) workouts per week. This is an 11 month (45 week) program.  All workouts include water time and dry land workouts, as appropriate per level.


National Team               7 - 11 workouts per week

Advanced Training & Aggressive goal setting.  The bar is set high and participants are expected to make ALL scheduled workouts.  Swimmers are required to compete in meet competition schedule set by coaches.  Swimmers must have the desire & commitment to train. The following practice days & times may be combined to customize your schedule. Minimum SEVEN (7) workouts per week. This is an 11 month (45 week) program.  All workouts include water time and dry land workouts, as appropriate per level.
