Oakmarr High Performance Schedule 

HP SILVER   4 -5 WORKOUTS

Advanced Training and Aggressive goal setting.  The bar is set high and participants are expected to make ALL scheduled workouts.  Swimmers are required to compete in meet competition schedule set by coaches.  Swimmers must have the desire and commitment to train. Swimmers focus and define competition and training goals, endurance workouts and use dryland exercise to promote core stability and bio- mechanics efficiency.  The program has four - five (4-5) workouts per week.  4 workouts per week is a 9 month (36 week) program. 5 - 6 workouts per week is an 11 month (45 week) program.

OA4 - HP Silver

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday - 4:30 - 6:30 am

OA64 - HP Silver ++FULL++

Monday /Tuesday/Thursday/Friday - 6:30 - 8:00 am


HP ORANGE 5 - 6 WORKOUTS

Our most advance Age Groupers. Advanced Training and Aggressive goal setting.  The bar is set high and participants are expected to make ALL scheduled workouts.  Swimmers are required to compete in meet competition schedule set by coaches.  Swimmers must have the desire and commitment to train. Swimmers focus and refine competition and training goals, endurance workouts and use dryland exercise to promote core stability and bio- mechanics efficiency. The following practice days and times may be combined to customize your schedule.  The program has five - six (5-6) workouts per week. This is an 11 month (45 week) program.

Monday - Friday - 4:30 - 6:30 am

OHP6 - HP Orange

Monday - Friday - 4:30 - 6:30 am

Saturday - 5:30 - 8:00 am

OA65 - HP orange

Monday - Friday - 6:30 - 8:00 am

Saturday - 5:30 - 8:00 am
