University of Maryland Senior Schedule

SENIOR GREEN - 2  WORKOUTS

Two (2) workouts per week. The program is designed to prepare swimmers to progress into more advanced Senior groups. It may also be used to prepare for High School and Summer League Seasons. Stroke Development will be emphasized while improving endurance and efficiency.  it is strongly encouraged to participate in approximately one (1) meet per month.  All workouts include water time and dry land workouts, as appropriate per level. This is a 9 month program.

UMSP2 - SENIOR Green 

Tuesday/Thursday - 4:30-6:00pm 

Friday - 4:00-5:30pm

UMASP2 - SENIOR green 

Tuesday/Thursday 5:00 - 6:30 am

Friday - 4:00 - 5:30 pm

 


SENIOR SILVER - 3 WORKOUTS

Three (3) workouts per week. The program is designed to prepare swimmers to progress into more advanced Senior groups. It may also be used to prepare for High School and Summer League Seasons. Friday - 4:00-5:30 pm

SENIOR ORANGE -       4 - 5 WORKOUTS

Advanced Training & Aggressive goal setting.  The bar is set high and participants are expected to make ALL scheduled workouts.  Swimmers are required to compete in meet competition schedule set by coaches.  Swimmers must have the desire and commitment to train. The 4 workouts per week program is a 9 month (36 week) program.  The 5 workouts per week is an 11 month (45 week) program. All workouts include water time and dry land workouts, as appropriate per level.

Saturday- 7:00- 9:00 am
