Senior Swimming
| | We are a year round swimming club in the Northern Virginia area. We are 500+ athletes and coaches who love swimming and love teaching. Our programs provide a safe, positive and productive enviroment for athletes of all ages and abilities. From our youngest "Micro- Machine" to our NCAA and Olympic Trial Qualifiers swimmers, we encourage our athletes to live and train with vigor. |

Senior- 3:00- 5:15PM / Age Group- 4:15- 5:45PM
No NIGHT practice tonight
We will open practices as facilities open. Please be patient.
Coaches will be posting workouts on the Machine website under the ATHLETES tab. If you are able to get to a pool and need a work out one will be posted soon.
We will send an email later this evening regarding practice tomorrow as we confirm what pools are opening and when.
