 Welcoming our NEWEST Machine Members!!

We have an exciting announcement for our Maryland operations of Machine Aquatics.  Beginning this week, Flying Gull Aquatic Club will be merging with Machine Aquatics!

We are very excited to welcome the Flying Gull swimmers to the Machine family.  Flying Gull was started the same year as Machine and was a coach owned/ operated club.  As we have each developed through the years, we have enjoyed seeing that both clubs shared many of the same values & commitment to athletes.  Flying Gull has 60 members spanning from USAS Competitive swimmers to Stroke Mechanics Maintenance swimmers.  We welcome Coach Dave Hardy & Coach Chuck to our Machine family.  Please be sure to introduce yourself to them at our next meet.

Regarding the day-to-day operations of the UMD site & the Fairland site you will not see major changes.  What this merger will provide to both sites are many great benefits of shared coaching staff, pool space when needed due to facility closures and many more behind the scenes operations that will only enhance both sites.

If you have any questions regarding the merger, please feel free to contact us at anytime.
