Stroke Mechanics: Introduction to pre-competitive swimming and training for young developing swimmers. This is a one day a week program designed to introduce the four strokes and bio-mechanically sound technique in a nurturing environment. This program is geared toward 7-12 years old swimmers that do not quite desire to train multiple workouts per week.    Must be able to complete length of the pool.  Swimmers must be able to do Freestyle & Backstroke & a knowledge of Breaststroke & Butterfly.  •  Workouts average 1 hr water time • Swimmers are 7 - 12 years old. • There are no meets for these swimmers.

Technique & Fitness: This is a group for swimmers 13 & over that are looking for a one day per week option. This will be a 9 month program during our short course season. Swimmers will receive stroke technique work in an environment that is based on fun and fitness. There are no meets for these swimmers.

High School and

Age Group Prep Programs

This group is designed to prepare for High School Swim, Summer League seasons or seasonal conditioning.  Stroke development will be emphasized while improving endurance and efficiency. Each sites run varying options and levels for Seasonal Prep. Swimmers in these groups break from mid- November to mid- February. Swimmers in these groups will work to improve stroke and endurance and compete in meets when in session.
