Age Group Programs:

Our program begins with our Development swimmers, who train 2–6 times per week. At this stage, the focus is on building strong fundamentals—developing proper stroke technique, learning starts and turns, and gaining confidence in the water. This foundation sets swimmers up for long-term success as they progress through the program.

As swimmers advance, they move into our High Performance Group program, where training becomes more structured and goal-oriented. Swimmers continue refining technique while building endurance, race skills, and confidence. Athletes are encouraged to set goals and begin competing, laying the groundwork for higher levels of performance.

Senior Programs:

Our Senior program supports swimmers ages 13 and older as they continue to grow in confidence, commitment, and performance. Training builds on the strong foundation developed in earlier stages, with increased focus on endurance, race strategy, and personal goal setting. Whether athletes choose to specialize in swimming or balance multiple interests, the program is designed to support their individual path.

National Training Group:

Our National Training Group represents the highest level of dedication within Machine Aquatics. These athletes are fully committed to swimming, building on years of technical development to pursue peak performance. Training is intensive and focused, preparing swimmers to compete at the highest levels of the sport.
