Machine Maintenance: Pre-Competitive Program
A great starting point for young swimmers looking to build skills in a low-commitment environment.
Ages 7–12
One practice per week (1 hour)
Learn all four strokes with a focus on technique
Must be able to swim one pool length
No competitions
Perfect for swimmers not ready for multiple weekly practices
Technique & Fitness:
Ages: 13+
Practices: 1x per week (short course season – 9 months)
Focus: Stroke technique, fitness, and fun
Competition: None
Ideal for swimmers looking for a low-commitment way to stay active and improve technique
High School/Age Group Prep:
This group is designed to prepare swimmers for high school swim, summer league seasons, or general seasonal conditioning. Training focuses on stroke development while building endurance and efficiency in the water. Program offerings may vary by location, with different options and levels available. Swimmers in this group take a break from mid-November through mid-February. When in session, athletes continue to improve their technique and endurance while having opportunities to compete in meets.
